NOTE for shipments to following States: West Bengal, Meghalaya, Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, Madhya Pradesh, Orissa, Rajasthan, Punjab, UTTARKHAND, ASSAM

If you can not produce the entry permit, please do not place an order if you're not willing provide a waybill or designated forms. Please note that certain states (example: West Bengal) require entry permits and pre-issued forms/waybills. So, those have to be obtained in advance by the receiver before we dispatch the order. In the event of non-receipt of this permit, we would not be able to ship the order. Hence, place the order to ship to West Bengal only if you can arrange the waybill from local government in advance. Madhya Pradesh and Meghalaya state also requires the entry permit as described above. So, the same policy applies. If you can not produce the entry permit, please do not place an order, Please note that once order is shipped, it can not be cancelled. If you would like to cancel the order, then, please inform us within 12 hours of placing the order.

Delivery is only available witin India (Octroi Charges would be levied in a few states which the buyer would have to bear we do not include any of those charges in your orders placed)

Goods are provided to you on approval and legal title to the goods does not pass to you until 14 days after delivery. Your statutory rights are not affected by this statement.

Please note that the estimated delivery times are only estimates and cannot be guaranteed.

Extra Delivery Charges may apply.

You must tell us when placing your order in the 'Add Comments About Your Order' box at the checkout, about any special factors that may result in delivery being more costly and/or taking longer than it otherwise would have.

Extra charges for delivery may apply in any of the following circumstances:

1.      If you change the address where your goods are to be delivered at short notice.

2.     If the destination is a district and the delivery location is not reachable by a premium courier company like fedex.

3.      If the goods need to be redelivered because there was no-one at the delivery address at the time of receiving the goods or to sign for the goods at the time arranged for delivery.

If you need to inform us of any special factors regarding your delivery after you have placed and confirmed your order please contact us.

For our standard delivery items, our courier will attempt delivery 1 time with a notification or a call from them.  You may then inform them arrange a suitable time for delivery.

We will let you know if any extra delivery charges are payable and you must pay these charges on delivery (as appropriate).

For our Electrical products, if we attempt to deliver goods to a delivery address but delivery is impossible or impractical, you may contact us with an alternative delivery address and we will redeliver to that alternative delivery address. However, if we do not hear from you with a suitable alternative delivery address within 7 days of the attempted delivery, then we may cancel your order and deduct a charge for our administration, transit and storage costs which will be no more than 5% of the price of the goods from your refund. Delivery charges will not be refunded.

Delays in Delivery

Occasionally the delivery of your goods may be delayed by circumstances outside our control. If for any reason we are unable to deliver the goods or to have them ready for collection within the original approximate timeframe then we will notify you of the delay and new timeframe as soon as possible. If you cannot wait for the goods, you must let us have notice of cancellation from the person who placed the order within 7 calendar days of you receiving notification about the delay. If we receive your notice of cancellation as set out above within such 7 day period, then we will let you have a full refund. However,

JV Electricals cannot accept any liability for any losses you incur (including loss of earnings) or for compensation for perceived inconvenience that may be suffered due to any delay.

Arrival of Goods

On delivery of your products, you will be asked to sign for the goods and inspect any the same to ensure you accept them. For this reason you should be present at delivery yourself. However, if you do ask someone else to take delivery for you, then you must make sure that they are aware of what they need to do.

No goods will be checked or assembled for you on delivery We will deliver your goods to the room of your choice provided that our delivery team can gain access to that room.

We Usually Ship within 24 Hours Depending on Availiability of stocks or would notify you if any change, We Ship Goods within Karnataka ,Tamilnadu, Andhra Pradesh, Kerela, Goa, immediately through our local courier or Transport depending on the size of goods.

Delivery time to north india : 6-20 days or earlier, Delivery time to South India : 3-9 days or earlier.
